Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Defu Lane
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary: Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities - Provide first-level support for company applications (Web App, Mobile Apps, ERP) and software
- Assist users with login issues, clouds, VPN, websites, Outlook and Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, and system usage enquiries
- Assist in testing system enhancements and updates
- Conduct basic user training and support for new employees
- Provide support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot basic network, internet, email, and printing issues
- Support IT equipment setup for new staff
