At Austell, reliable IT operations are critical to keeping the business running. We’re looking for an IT Support / IT Operations Engineer who understands core IT infrastructure, can work effectively with ticket-based support, and responds quickly and calmly during incidents.
This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants exposure across end-user support, infrastructure, cloud (Azure), and incident response in a real business environment.
