IT Support (L1/L2)

Salary: Up to AED 4,500 (based on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, firewalls, switches, and IT ticketing systems

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
• Resolve hardware, software, email, and client application issues
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and printer services
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/...
