We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee our IT support operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of IT services and providing exceptional support to our users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and applications
• Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery
• Document processes and solutions for future reference
• Train users on new systems and applications
