- IT Support is a part of End User Services (EUS), with the primary purpose to answer questions, resolve incidents and fulfill requests, 08-16 CET on workdays.
Key technologies are Google Workspace, Atlassian, MS EntraID, Intune, Slack, Ubiquiti.
