About the Role

This role provides critical IT support services across Silver Fern Farms' Pacific plant in Hastings. You will support a wide range of technologies including hardware, applications, site production systems, CCTV, physical and software security systems, telephony, and networking infrastructure. While specialist teams provide expertise across these platforms, this position acts as the site’s frontline IT support, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and users receive excellent service.
