Batteries Plus is looking for an IT Support Representative I to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization. In this role, you'll help troubleshoot and resolve user problems, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional service to ensure our systems-and our people-stay connected and productive.

What You'll Do
+ Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and in person.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
+ Install and configure computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
+ Guide users through diagnostic steps and explain solutions clearly.
