Position Overview

            Job Description  IT Support  Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues. 
Set up and maintain user accounts, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. 
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents promptly. 
Maintain IT inventory and asset records. 
 Restaurant Systems Support  Support POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display systems, and related applications. 
Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues affecting restaurant operations. 
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. 
 Infrastructure & Security  Maintain office and outlet networks, Wi-Fi, computers, and peripherals. 
Monitor system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and cybersecurity practices. 
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies. 
 Project & Vendor Coordination
