Description
We are hiring an IT Support specialist in Ellabell, GA for a permanet opportunity. This technician will provide onsite desktop support within a large distribution center environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Windows-based workstations
Zebra scanners, printers, and mobile devices
Time clocks and warehouse technology
Support high-volume hardware environment (2,000–3,000+ endpoints)
Handle tickets through ServiceNow
Perform in-person support across the facility (including warehouse floor and office areas)
Assist with device deployments, replacements, and maintenance
Provide basic AV support (conference room setups, Cisco/WebEx-enabled devices)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members on incident management and queue prioritization
Maintain a strong customer service presence as the primary IT contact onsite
Top Skills' Needed
