Position Overview

  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen inkl. Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Koordination von Eskalationen an zuständige Stellen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripherie und Standardsoftware (inkl. M365)
  • Abwicklung von IT-Services gemäss Servicekatalog inkl. Dokumentation, Pflege von Anleitungen und IT-Inventar
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten, im Scrum-Prozess sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services
