Responsibilities

• Field Operations & L1/L2 Troubleshooting Own the resolution of technical issues across all restaurant hardware, POS systems, and network infrastructure.
• Menu, Pricing and Promotion Synchronization Execute flawless, real‑time updates across all digital sales channels and physical POS touchpoints.
• Digital Footprint & Schedule Consistency Audit and enforce accurate operating hours, location details, and platform schedules across all systems.
• System Provisioning & Lifecycle Management Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of hardware, provisioning user access, and asset decommissioning.
