We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

IT Support Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for the

installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade

of desktop and laptop systems (PC and Mac), peripheral devices, and specialized manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate

advanced technical expertise ,

strong documentation and communication skills , and the ability to

lead project teams

and support critical production environments—both onsite and remotely. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that plays a key role in our IT operations and business continuity.
