We're hiring a Systems Administrator to take full ownership of IT operations in our Mexico City office, reporting directly to the CTO.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of day‐to‐day user support and onboarding for 100 employees.Respond quickly, follow through, and close the loop on support requests.Own new hire onboarding end to end — provision hardware, set up accounts (AD, email, ERP, internal tools), test everything, and hand it off clean.Day‐to‐day maintenance.
