SupportFinity™ is seeking an IT Assistant for our Simpang Empat location in Perak, Malaysia. The successful candidate will assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, provide daily operational support, and manage data center operations.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in IT and have at least one-year experience in PC maintenance. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential, along with a strong understanding of Windows OS and TCP/IP protocols.
