Position Overview
We have a long term W2 only contract opportunity for an IT Support Team Lead. This role involves planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
Provides technical support, training, process creation and leads various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior technicians Serves as an escalation point and assists in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures as needed.
Minimum Requirements 4 years of experience providing “white-glove” executive-level support 5 years of experience leading a support team 5 years of experience in KPI management 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
