I’m working with one of the fastest‑growing retailers in the UK. They’re building their IT support function in‑house for the first time, moving away from external support to create a dedicated IT team supporting 120+ colleagues across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be one of the founding members of their IT function and genuinely shape the role as it evolves.

The Role

As their first dedicated IT Support Technician, you’ll work closely with the Technology Manager to deliver excellent IT services across the business.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Responding to and resolving 1st line IT incidents, problems and requests
• Password resets, login issues and account management
• Setting up new starters with hardware and user accounts (onboarding/offboarding processes)
