About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff experiencing technical difficulties, handling everything from troubleshooting to hardware/software maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices.
- Support staff with Microsoft Office, email, and business applications.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Keep accurate logs of IT requests and solutions.
