IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Cape Town (Northern Suburbs):  Our client, a well-established and growing FMCG business, is seeking to appoint a proactive and service-driven IT Support Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for a technically minded individual who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users and ensuring business-critical IT systems operate efficiently across a fast-paced environment.

Purpose of the Role
To provide first-line technical support to users across the business, maintain hardware and software systems, troubleshoot IT-related issues and contribute to the smooth and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
