IT Support Technician – School IT Department
Kingston Grammar School is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the busy IT department, providing first‑line support to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email and ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Assist with user account management and password resets
Qualifications
- Good technical competence with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, LAN)
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
