We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support, IT asset management, and inventory control services in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate hardware asset records, conducting audits, supporting IT lifecycle management processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and manage IT hardware asset records across multiple asset management and service management platforms.

+ Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including receiving, deployment, transfers, repairs, and decommissioning.

+ Perform electronic and physical audits of IT hardware assets to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
