We are seeking an IT Support professional to manage IT maintenance, system and network setup, user support, asset management, and FFP equipment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, handling helpdesk requests, and ensuring IT compliance and efficiency within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• IT Maintenance:Inspect, repair, and maintain computers, printers, photocopiers, cameras, and time attendants. Refill printer ink and proactively troubleshoot hardware/software.
• System Network:Install OS, office tools, and set up LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, modems, PABX, and CCTV. Support basic errors for medical systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS).
• User Support Onboarding:Handle IT Helpdesk requests, guide staff, and manage IT setup/retrieval for onboarding and offboarding.
