As an IT Supporter and Junior System Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of their IT issues. You will primarily be focusing on support tasks, but also gain hands‑on experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, positioning yourself for growth into a more technical Junior Engineer role.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level customer support via ticketing system, phone and remote tools
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure for customers
• Create and maintain documentation, including internal knowledgebase articles and FAQs for recurring topics
• Perform maintenance work and system optimizations
