Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications and/or tender specifications.
Conceptualize and recommend technical solutions to support the business requirements.
Work with Procurement to issue tender, evaluate proposals and award project tender.
Be the project manager to manage the Project Budget and the Software Development Life Cycle from start to end.
Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, depending on the project's needs.
Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
For Asst Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
For (Senior) System Analyst: Minimum 1 year of experience in software development.
