Position Overview

            Liaise and work with vendors and other IT personnel for technical projects and problem resolution 
Identify and provide recommendations that can meet business requirements and objectives 
Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure 
Monitor availability of services meet agreed service levels, performance indicators and periodic maintenance on IT infrastructure 
Test and implement security patches for operating systems, servers and network devices 
Ongoing assessment of new threats and improve on computing security 
Analyse and review critical logs, investigate, and troubleshoot technical issues 
Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies 
Update technical documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts
