Overall Purpose
To provide a high level of Support for the systems. High level support on GDSs, Panasoft, phone system etc. Communicating with colleagues on all levels. Work within the structure of the IT department and maintain a professional level of behaviors. Work within the SLAs of external and internal customers. Continually provide excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.

- Provide high-level technical support, administration, and maintenance for all operational systems, including GDS platforms, Protas, phone systems, FocalScope, reporting tools, and other business-critical applications.
