**What's The Role**

The **IT Systems Administrator** is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of **BTC's** hybrid IT infrastructure — spanning on-premises servers, virtualised environments, and cloud-integrated platforms that underpin **BTC's** fiber-first service delivery across the Bahamian archipelago. This role ensures 24/7 uptime of critical systems supporting BTC's Cerillion CRM, GPON network management tools, eCare self-service portal, and internal business applications. Operating within Liberty Latin America (LLA) group standards, the Systems Administrator plays a central role in BTC's digital transformation journey, driving automation, resilience, and compliance across a multi-island operating environment. **This is a contract position.**
