Internal IT Operations
- Manage devices, users, and policies via Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Handle onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access, software)
- Provide 1st line IT support to employees.
Infrastructure & Systems
- Manage Linux‑based VPS and internal services
- Maintain access (SSH, keys), system updates, and backups
- Troubleshoot server and connectivity issues
Security & Access Control
