The Role: IT Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of Store Technology, the skilled and experienced IT Systems Analyst will focus on Pharmacy Retail Systems and IT infrastructure. The role involves developing, documenting, and deploying new IT solutions to improve pharmacy retail operations. This requires expertise in pharmacy retail systems, IT infrastructure, and the ability to bridge technology and business needs.

Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and develop innovative IT solutions that address specific needs of our pharmacy retail systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IT solutions, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
