We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented mid-level IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Woodmead, Johannesburg. The role is the primary point of contact for daily IT support, while also managing hardware assets, device security, and IT compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused problem solver who excels at both hands-on technical support and backend administration.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 1 IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for onsite staff. Manage the IT helpdesk queue, ensuring tickets are logged, prioritized, and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex technical issues to relevant third-party vendors or senior IT staff when necessary.
