As a hands‑on Delivery Manager and Run Specialist Lead, you will be part of an international team focused on running and supporting the bank’s FX and Money Market platform, built around Calypso from Nasdaq and in‑house solutions. You will join the Post Trade IT team of CMI in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the team in achieving objectives in both development delivery and production stability.
• Remove blocking issues beyond the team’s authority or requiring support from other teams.
• Inspire the team on new practices and quality standards, in partnership with the Technical Leader.
• Be accountable for production stability of his scope.
• Monitor results and quality of software solutions and projects.
• Oversee PoC development and provide technical expertise, ensuring security and risk considerations.
