Position Overview

Basic network troubleshooting (routers, switches, Wi-Fi in large spaces) 
Support for digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media management software) 
Experience with barcode scanners, handheld devices, label printers, etc. 
Familiarity with inventory software, ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) 
Experience in retail, logistics, or marketing environments is highly preferred 
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
Good communication skills to support non-technical users 
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure 
Willingness to work across multiple departments
