An IT Technician Support provides technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. They diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and configure software/hardware, and maintain IT systems, while offering on-site or remote support.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS)
