Job Description

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for employees/customers.

Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.

Assist with setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions.

Maintain IT documentation and support logs.

• Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with IT security and data backup procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• IT-related degree or certification is a plus.
