Job Description

• Technical Support: Providing on-site or remote assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Installing, upgrading, and configuring workstations, servers, printers, and network components.
• Security & Monitoring: Monitoring network performance, implementing system backups, and installing security software/patches.
• User Management: Setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and maintaining inventory of IT assets.
• Documentation: Keeping records of repairs, troubleshooting procedures, and maintaining documentation for systems.
