IT Trainee Position – The role provides hands‑on experience in Information Technology, supporting senior IT staff in technical tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support to all MEDSIR employees, resolving basic IT issues such as software installation and hardware troubleshooting.
• Learn and support the ticketing system for logging and tracking support requests, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior staff, documenting recurring issues for future reference.
• Participate in the setup and configuration of new devices (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), including network connectivity and software installation.
