What You’ll Do
IT Support & Infrastructure
Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues: hardware, software, network, and general IT troubleshooting.
Provide both on-site and remote IT support.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software (including computer cleaning, OS installation and configuration).
Manage IT asset inventory: laptops, shared devices, peripherals, and assigned equipment.
Handle onboarding/offboarding equipment distribution, setup, and collection.
Maintain and improve IT documentation (SOPs, guidelines, troubleshooting steps).
Manage user account administration (Google Workspace, VPN, Active Directory, etc.).
Interface with IT-related vendors and service providers.
