RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide IT on-call and weekend support as scheduled.Professional handling of every service request.Maintenance of PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases.Telephone and email support.Perform customer request management while maintaining support quotas.Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization.Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the organization.Analyze and validate issues.Act as a liaison between customers and internal resources.Manage and ensure documentation of service calls is completed.Contribute to technical support processes.Work with a 24/7 global technical support team.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDKnowledge of scripting like PowerShell and Python.Knowledge of software and systems: Microsoft, SQLite, VMware, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.Fundame...
