- Schedule security checks in accordance with reporting schedules
- Prepare periodic status reports
- Assist management in exploring and continuously recommending tightening of public healthcare endpoint security
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance
- Assess incident severity
- Set clear user expectations on issue resolution
