Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions to meet client requirements.
Configure and manage Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credential management, patterns) and ensure reliable CI population.
Establish and maintain CMDB governance and data quality , including CI class modeling, relationships, lifecycle, and data standards.
Configure Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) , including identification rules and reconciliation behavior across data sources.
Should have implemented CMDB Workspace, CMDB Health Dashboards, CI Class Manager, Data Manager , CSDM Awareness and related tools to monitor and improve CMDB quality.
