Internal Job Title: Change Management Analyst

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 37,000 to Php 50,000

Work schedule

2-10 PM or 3-11 PM Manila Time, overlapping to UK hours and adjusting to daylight savings

Responsibilities

• Ensure all IT changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented in line with Cambridge University Press & Assessment policies and standards
• Work with the Change Manager to apply standardized methods and procedures to minimize service disruption and ensure service quality
• Coordinate with Technology Support and Development teams to manage change reviews, approvals, and implementations
