IUAS System Support & MEC Analyst

Location: 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

Level 1 Support

• Provides day-to-day support to JDE Level 1 inquiries, incidents, issues and/or service requests.
• Performs JDE data maintenance (eg. Business unit and account creation, CCN creation, JVM set-up, AAI, Revaluation), and resolves master data integrity issues by working with the Business Unit, other SMEs, ERP and PAD support where required.
• Conducts testing with other FSS Manila teams and Upstream SAP Team for new transactions in line with business requirements.
• Analyzes business processes to identify opportunities for improvement to processes and systems.
• Collaborates with Digital CoE team, IT Level 2 or Global JDE team on new JDE standardization / enhancement initiatives, test and implementation. Communicates any process changes to ...
