•Hands on experience in Cisco CVP call studio IVR application.
•Hand on experience working on speech based conversational IVR applications and understanding the nuances of CX in terms of meeting the business requirement for a given use case.
•Knowledge on google CCAI or any other bot development platforms like AWS Lex.
•Hands on knowledge on various 3rd party integration likes DB and APIs.
•Knowledge on basic application security requirements and working knowledge of SSL based API calls.
•Experience on interfacing with CC components and various integration
•Working knowledge on CRM integrations with agent desktops
