>Continuant is a Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator, offering world-class solutions for UC and AC systems. We are seeking a full-time IVR Technican for a key role in support of a retail customer. This role is full-time and onsite, operating within the hours of 8am-5pm (M-F) and on call afterhours. This role will support the Indyme IVR system, troubleshooting system failures, repairing system breaks and testing parts.
Job Duties:
Installation: Install and configure IVR systems
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on existing IVR equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly. This includes checking and servicing hardware, wiring, and other components.
Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and resolve technical problems with IVR software and hardware. This may involve replacing parts and components or performing on-site repairs.
