Position Summary: This person will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our residents and community at night as well as general cleanup.
You will assist with safety inspections and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications: Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain CPR and first aid certification.
Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).
Submit all required documents to Home Office in a timely manner.
Communicate with the Operations & Administration Director and/or Executive Director regarding issues and/or potential problems.
