**Job Title: Janitorial Worker / Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing daily janitorial and basic maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and operational. You will maintain restrooms, break areas, and exterior grounds, while supporting general building and facility upkeep in a demanding, high-heat industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures, to maintain a hygienic environment.
+ Clean and maintain the break room, including wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and keeping appliances and common areas tidy.
+ Perform general janitorial duties throughout the building, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
