ポジション概要

Value Advisor は、CEO / CIO / CFO / CHRO などの経営層と直接対話し、企業全体の変革と価値創出を支援するシニアレベルのポジションです。

財務諸表、中期経営計画、統合報告書、各種KPIを読み解く Financial Acumen を基盤に、企業変革を定量的な価値として整理し、経営判断を支援します。
SAPの営業・関連部門と連携しながら、ビジネスケース策定とエグゼクティブアジェンダ形成を担います。

主な業務内容

+ 経営層と連携し、経営課題・変革目標・価値創出機会を整理
+ 財務・非財務の観点から、経営・取締役会レベルで通用するビジネスケースを作成
+ Value Management を通じて：

+ 価値基準による GO / NO GO 判断を支援
+ 変革プロジェクトの数値目標を明確化
+ 目標達成度を評価し、継続的改善につなげる
