Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and memorable customer service with a guest‑first mindset.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Follow company recipes, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and accurately handle cash transactions.
