Key Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance operations including leadership, mentorship and supervision of all maintenance staff.
• Maintain Pursuit’s safety standards and serve as an active member of the Health and Safety team.
• Routinely inspect interior and exterior spaces, equipment and work completed.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and work order programs for all locations.
• Create and manage annual capital and operating budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with relevant department heads.
