+ Java, Spring boot, Microservices

+ Cloud architecture and deployments

+ Datastores such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.

+ Strong SME-level engineers with a hands-on and principal engineer mindset

+ Proven experience in building secure, scalable platform services

+ Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices

+ Individuals with the right attitude—self-driven, ownership-oriented, and not just task executors
