At Qaracter, we are looking for a Senior Java + Kafka Developer to join a strategic project for one of our leading clients in the financial sector.

Requirements

More than 8 years of experience in backend development with Java. Strong experience working with Kafka. Solid knowledge of: Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs SQL/No SQL databases Integrations and messaging systems Experience working in cloud environments and agile methodologies. Ability to work in international teams. Intermediate/Advanced English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain critical backend applications. Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka. Participate in architectural decisions and best practices. Integrate with different systems within the financial ecosystem. Collaborate with technical and business teams.
